Antigua and Barbuda are two small paradise islands placed in the Caribbean. Antigua was originally used by the english Admiral Horatio Nelson. For him the warm weather, steady winds, a coastline of harbors, and a protective, nearly unbroken wall of coral reef was a perfect place to hide a fleet.
Little did he know that the once to treacherous reefs and other island characteristics today would attract thousands of snorklers, scuba divers and beach bums from all over the world. And how could anyone know, that the fascinating little Scavenger island Barduda would today be an important bird sanctuary.
